I was experiencing significant and prolonged billing issues as my (new) insurance somehow wasn’t receiving claims that were sent correctly by YPI. This included contact from a bill collector, a first for me. It was very stressful to think of my excellent credit being ruined over a small medical bill.

I reached out and Yolanda was my advocate from then on. She went above and beyond time and time again, until the issue was completely resolved. This involved participating in 3-way calls with my insurance, resubmitting claims, and even filling out a form manually since my insurance refused to accept previous versions.

All of these were clearly additional steps for Yolanda, but not once did she waiver, not once did she deliver anything except cheerful, helpful, and very knowledgeable customer service. Unheard of!!
